What happens during family constellations?
Family constellations can be explored as a group or individually.
In groups , the trained facilitator selects one person from the group who wants to work on something they want to change in their life. This constellation will serve the entire group, because it will connect to the ancestral memories of all members.
After briefly discussing the problem and answering a few strategic questions (without going into the "story"), the client or facilitator chooses group members (whom the researcher does not know) to represent different family members, or the problem itself, or related elements, in order to uncover the hidden dynamics underlying it.
Members, by simple intention, connect to what is called the field of knowledge, the family soul, and are able to perceive sensations in their body, impulses or feelings towards other members which help to bring to light what is not consciously known.
Once unconscious loyalties are seen, soul healing sentences can be used to restore the flow of love into the family system and experience this, and all that has happened, with an open heart. .
The constellations modify the internal image and the scenario we had of what happened to us and reestablish a new rewarding image which settles in our soul and creates changes in our life , sometimes instantly and other times over time .
Constellations can be created individually but also in groups .
During group Family Constellations, everyone present has awareness. Participating as a representative in other people's constellations also works on oneself.
